A bridging loan is a short-term mortgage. Our property bridging loans can be from one to 36 months, secured against property, including residential properties bought as an investment, and land. You can use the loan for any purpose, not just buying property or land.

  • Location — England, Wales and Scotland
  • Property — investment properties, commercial property, land and developments
  • Charges — first or second charge, or both
  • Applicant status — individuals (UK and overseas), limited companies and SPVs

We consider applications from discharged bankrupts and borrowers with an adverse credit history where this can be explained.
